To create the hairstyles, insert pipe cleaners into the top of the hat and fold the ends in on the inside of the hat. Hand sew the pieces onto the fold of the hat.Īpply velcro to the ends of the black straps. You could also use fabric glue if you wanted to go the no sew method but as I remembered from the girls’ tiger costumes a previous year, hot glue doesn’t allow for much stretching if needed!
